How Many Ways Can I Distract Myself from My Homework? And a Food Blog.

With tons of reports still left to analyze and a desktop hidden beneath several books I need to read for classes, it all of a sudden occurred to me: why have I never written a blog?

I’ve always wanted to write a blog. Specifically, a food blog. I love food, and I love writing. I really should have started a blog a long time ago.

But things get in the way, like schoolwork, and friends, and the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

But this time, I’m going to do it. I’m going to write a blog. About food. Because when you get the chance to live in a foodie town like Ithaca, New York, there really is no excuse not to write a food blog. And really, food is all I know. There’s definitely no way I’m starting a blog about politics or sports. That would just be offensive to the general public. I wouldn’t do that to you. I couldn’t.

I have A LOT to say about food, though. As a Professional Natural Foods Chef and Holistic Health Counselor, I consider my perspective on food really unique, and I get questions all the time about my cooking techniques and the foods I love to eat most. So now I have a platform to share my thoughts and ideas…and to hear about what others are eating and cooking in their own kitchens!
